Dragonbird Workforce developed an interiors concept for Kalanjali, Bangalore, focused on creating a warm, practical, and visually engaging retail working environment. The design direction used a neutral base palette with selective colour accents, comfortable materials, greenery, and culturally inspired wall treatments to create a familiar yet refined space.
The project included planning for the staff working area, workstation layout, storage units, wall posters, wall décor options, wallpaper concepts, and storage near the washroom. The overall intent was to balance functionality with warmth — giving the team an organised working environment while retaining a boutique retail character.
