Dragonbird Workforce delivered a vibrant, brand-forward campus integrating open-plan workstation clusters, a signature branded reception, dynamic collaboration lounges, and expressive architectural feature zones — across multiple floors.
The design language translates FNF's corporate identity directly into the spatial experience — from the network graphic on the glazed reception wall to the modular workstation clusters with yellow wayfinding stripes running the length of the floor plate. Every zone was designed to balance focused individual work with spontaneous team collaboration.
Scope of delivery included full space planning, interior design development, material and finish specification, furniture procurement, and complete turnkey construction — from the first brief to final handover.
